		<description>Dear friends,

The competition jury is the final judge of the quality of entries that have to be awarded and mentioned.

The decision of the jury is final in all aspects.

We as organizers and you as participants, we have to abide by their decision in all aspects.

Jury has a right not to give any award or honourable mentions, if they are not satisfied with the quality of the entries.

The competition conditions stipulated that a maximum of 5 entries could be given honorable mention.

Since the number of entries were much less than compared to the last year, the jury decided that three honorable mentions were adequate.

I do not participate in the jury process. They are completely independent in their decision making.

Let us accept their verdict with humility.

You must have enjoyed participating in the competition, and gained greater insight into issues, that is the real award.I am sure it will help you tremendously in your future professional careers.

I once again thank all the participants for their creative engagement on the issues of evolving humane habitats through
participation in the competition.

with best wishes,
AKHTAR
